Developer Related California continues with construction for a mixed-use apartment tower in Hollywood, which has now been branded Argyle House.

Located at the intersection of Yucca Street and Argyle Avenue - just east of the iconic Capitol Records Building - the 18-story tower is set to offer 114 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to 2,100 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 201 vehicles.

The 178-foot-tall building, designed by Large Architecture, has a Mid-Century Modern-inspired look, with offset floor plates that create an undulating exterior.

Argyle House is scheduled to open in early 2018.
