A short distance from Vista Hermosa Park, construction is now underway on a new multifamily residential development from Lion Real Estate Group.
The six-story development, known as Boylston Arms, is rising on a .8-acre mid-block property between Temple and Court Streets. Plans call for 121 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, of which 14 would be set aside for very low income households.
VTBS Architects is designing the podium-type building, which will feature open space amenities such as a swimming pool and a rooftop deck. The project also includes a gym, a business center and underground parking for 145 vehicles and 133 bicycles.
A construction timeline is estimated at two years.
