Genton Property Group has just passed a key construction milestone for its Four Seasons-branded condo tower in Beverly Grove, in the form of a 10-hour, 377-truck concrete pour for the building's foundation.

On Wednesday, December 20, approximately 160 personnel from Webcor concrete and other union outfits poured 915 tons of concrete at 9000 W. 3rd Street.  The rectangular site will eventually be home to a 12-story building, featuring 58 luxury condos.

CallisonRTKL is designing the glassy mid-rise structure, which is split into three wings featuring traditional flats and townhouse-style units.

Completion of the tower, which is known as the Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, is anticipated in mid-2019.
