After more than a year of construction, the wood skeleton of Blvd 6200's second phase is finally taking shape.

Located at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Argyle Avenue, the project will feature multiple seven-story structures featuring 507 apartments above 60,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.

The $200-million complex is simlar in form and scope to phase one of the project, which sits directlys across Hollywood Boulevard.  That project, since rebranded as Eastown LA, features 535 apartments above a variety of shops and restaurants.

Both developments from from a partnership between Clarrett West and DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, and are designed by VTBS Architects.
