In Del Rey, a mixed-use building from Steaven Jones Development Company is rising just south of Washington Boulevard. 

The project, known as INclave, is located at 4061-4065 Glencoe Avenue.  Plans call for mid-rise structures featuring 49 rental apartments, 65,000 square feet of offices, and a 2,100-square-foot cafe at street level.

VTBS Architects is designing INclave, which will incorporate a pool deck, a fitness center, a community room, and other common amenity spaces. 

WEST Builders is serving as INclave's general contractor, with completion expected in 2019.

A similar development known as G8 is now rising on an abutting property.
