After more than six months of construction, the new headquarters of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (ARE) is ready to begin its vertical climb in Pasadena

The property, located at 380 E. Union Street, will consist of a five-story building featuring 82,000 square feet of offices atop an underground parking structure. 

The project team includes design architect Gensler and landscape architect Rios Clementi Hale Studios.

ARE is a real estate investment trust which specializes in biomedical facilities across the country.

City Looks to Update Land Use and Transportation Along Rail-to-River Corridor

A freight railway that cuts through South L.A. is set for rebirth as an active transportion corridor.
