With construction finally underway for the long awaited Oceanwide Plaza complex in Downtown Los Angeles, real estate brokerage Kennedy Wilson has gone live with an official website to help lease the $1-billion project's 150,000 square feet of of commercial space.

A two-minute flythrough video posted to the website showcases the RTKL-designed development's two-level retail galleria, which will span the majority of the 4.6-acre property at 1101 S. Flower Street.  Plans also call for a series pedestrian paseos between Figueroa and Flower Streets, as well as a 37,000-square-foot open-air deck atop the retail space.

Additionally, a 32,000-square-foot LED ribbon - reportedly the largest on the West Coast - will wrap the building's podium along Figueroa between 11th and 12th Streets.

The project from Oceanwide Real Estate Group will be highlighted by of a trio of skyline-altering towers featuring 504 condominiums and a 183-key luxury hotel.

According to the website, completion of Oceanwide Plaza is currently expected by September 2018.
