Barth Partners and Barry Leddy Developments have rolled out new renderings for Vica, a new condominium building in Silver Lake.

The project, billed as the first new condominiums built in Silver Lake in over 10 years, will offer 31 for-sale units adjacent to the Micheltorena Stairs.  Plans also call for ground-floor restaurant space.

KFA Architecture is designing the approximately $21.6-million development.

The development team has set up temporary murals on the protective fencing that encircles the project site.
