Last week, Shooshani Developers announced big plans for six blocks of Downtown Long Beach, including the construction of a new residential-retail complex.  Now, Urban Architecture Lab has unveiled additional renderings for the project.

Slated for a property across the street from a former Walmart, the proposed four-story building would feature 20 apartments above street-fronting commercial space.

The rendering portray a four-story building, featuring a color palette of white and red.

A budget and timeline for the project have not been revealed.
