A multifamily residential complex is rising south of Downtown Glendale at the corner of Pacific Avenue and Maple Street.

The five-story edifice, located on a .34-acre site at 625 S. Pacific Avenue, will feature 27 two- and three-bedroom condominiums, ranging from 1,022 to 1,823 square feet in size.  Plans also call for 70 parking spaces in a semi-subterranean parking garage.

Envirotecture, a Los Angeles-based architecture firm, designed the project, which includes common open space amenities such as a landscaped courtyard.
