Inclave, a mixed-use building from local development firm SJDC, will bring new apartments and retail space to Del Rey.
The project, located at 4061-4065 Glencoe Avenue, will consist of a five-story building featuring 49 studio, one- and two-bedroom units, 75,000 square feet of office space, 2,000 square feet of retail space two levels of automated parking and either office or retail space.

Completion is expected in February 2019.
A similar mixed-use building is now starting work almost immediately north.
