The website of architecture firm Shubin + Donaldson provides a first look at 7007 Romaine, a mid-rise production facility now under construction near the Los Angeles - West Hollywood border.

The six-story building - bounded by Romaine Street, Sycamore Avenue and Orange Drive - will feature two levels of production space atop a four-story parking garage.  Renderings show a contemporary building, featuring operable windows laid out in an offset pattern.

A leasing website indicates that the completed project will offer approximately 22,000 square feet of leasable office space.

Across the street, construction is also underway for a similar eight-story development designed by LOHA.

Shubin + Donaldson has also worked on multifamily residential and office buildings one block west on La Brea Avenue.
