Santa Monica-based architecture firm KFA has announced the completion of Micropolitan at Larchmont Village, a new residential development by Micropolitan, the development arm of the engineering firm Psomas.

The three-story building, located at 5825 Camerford Avenue, features 34 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to communal spaces such as a rooftop deck and an outdoor lounge.  Each unit offers open floor plans and walk-in closets.

An official website advertises the project's proximity to both Paramount Pictures, and the shops and restaurants of Larchmont Village.

KFA has collaborated with Micropolitan on several projects throughout the Los Angeles area, including similar buildings in North Hollywood and on Fairfax Avenue.
