A draft environmental impact report published by the Los Angeles Department of City Planning has unveiled renderings for Abode, a proposed collection of single-family homes in Glassell Park.

The project entails an extension of the existing roadways Haverhill and Brilliant Drives, followed by the construction of 32 detached single-family dwellings.  Each of the houses would feature three stories, including a ground-level parking garage.

The architectural themes of the development are described as a mixture of Irving Gill California modern, contemporary Californian and traditional.  KTGY Group has designed the project with materials such as stucco and wood-look cement fiber siding.

Construction of the project is expected to occur over 17 months.  A groundbreakind date has not been revealed.
