Construction is underway for a small condo development at 388 S. Los Robles Avenue in Pasadena

The project, which comes from developer SLR Townhomes, LLC, will consist of a two-to-three-story building featuring 16 residential units. 

The design by Alajajian Marcoosi Architects is described as consisting of two parallel buildings flanking a central garden.  Building heights step up from a two-story profile fronting Los Robles to three stories at the back of the property.

Landscape architecture firm Larry G. Tison & Associates is designing the central courtyard, which is described as consisting of two large square spaces connected by a narrow rectangular corridor.

A freight railway that cuts through South L.A. is set for rebirth as an active transportion corridor.
