Developer Warmington Residential has unveiled renderings for its latest community of small lot homes, which is slated for a nearly one-acre site at the corner of Hortense Street and Riverton Avenue in Toluca Lake.

The 22 for-sale units, designed by the architecture firm KTGY, would come in three floor plans between 1,929 and 1,985 square feet in size.  Each residence would feature three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a rooftop deck and on-site laundry facilities.

Renderings and elevatoin plans portray a series of contemporary homes, colored with light sand finishes.

According to William Inghram, Warmington's Director of Forward Planning, demolition of the existing buildings on the proeprty could begin as early as January 2018, with construction commencing about two months afterwards.  A model unit could be opened by late 2018.

Eight Small Lot Houses Break Ground in Silver Lake

Complete is anticipated in November.

Los Angeles-based developer RC Homes has broken ground on a new set of small-lot houses in Silver Lake.

Hyperion Silver Lake, named for its address at 853 Hyperion Avenue, will consist of eight-single family dwellings, each featuring three-bedroom and 3.5-bathroom floor plans.
