A half-year after we last dropped by, construction continues for the non-profit L.A. Family Housing's Campus development.

Located at the southwest corner of Lankershim Boulevard and Arminta Avenue in North Hollywood, the project features a series of four-story structures that will contain 49 units of affordable housing and supportive services.  Other components of the development include a community room, a fitness center, a central courtyard and rooftop terraces.

Gonzalez Goodale Architects is designing the project.

Completion is anticipated in 2018.

The project, located on Eads Street between Blake Avenue and the Los Angeles River, will consist of a four-story edifice featuring eight dwelling units above a street-level coffee shop.
