Related California has completed construction of Argyle House, a mixed-use apartment tower which neighbors Hollywood landmarks including the Pantages Theatre and the Capitol Records Building.

Located at the southwest corner of Yucca Street and Argyle Avenue, the 18-story building contains 114 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 2,100 square feet of street-level commercial space, a pool deck, and parking for 201 vehicles.

Rents for studio start at $3,395 per month, and go as high as $6,895 per month for two-bedroom units according to a leasing website.

The tower, highly visible from the Hollywood Freeway, was designed by Los Angeles-based Large Architecture to evoke Mid-Century Modern style.  Glass balconies and offset floor plates are used to give the building an undulating facade.

Argyle House is one of a handful of high-rise towers planned near the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, including a $180-million hotel and residential building at 6220 Yucca Street and the $1-billion Hollywood Center development.
