Developer Wylan James is nearing completion at a project that is billed as the first set of fee simple townhomes in Culver City

Located on Duquesne Avenue near Downtown Culver City, the project consists of three 2,000-square-foot homes, each containing three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The homes are arranged in a row along as sunken common driveway, and each features a rooftop deck.

Completion is anticipated in August 2018.
