New renderings have emerged for 700 Manhattan, developer Jamison Services' latest mixed-use complex in Koreatown.

The project, located one block south of Wilshire/Western Station, will consist of a seven-story building featuring 160 residential units above 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  Plans also call for amenities such as a pool deck, a dog run and multiple lounge areas.

GMP Architects is designing the podium-type building, which now features a more muted color scheme than originally presented last year.

According to Wilshire Construction, L.P., the project's general contractor, completion of 700 Manhattan is expected in Summer 2018.
