Lennar, the developer behind the Woodhaven project, acquired the approximately eight-acre project site for $33 million in 2018.  Approved plans call for the development of 125 single-family dwellings in a mix of three- and four-bedroom floor plans.

Sales prices for the three-story homes start in the low $800,000s, according to a project website.

Woodhaven composes more than 3/4 of the footprint of a former retirement community, which is also entitled for the development of a new skilled nursing facility, medical offices, and retail space.
