Construction is in full swing at the northwest corner of Hi Point and Pickford Streets in Mid-City, where WJK Development is now building a new small lot subdivision.

The project, which replaced two 1920s houses, will consist of 13 townhomes arranged in two rows around a common driveway.

KTGY Architecture + Planning is designing the houses, each of which will stand three stories in height.  Rendering depict contemporary low-rise structures capped by rooftop amenity decks.

Completion is anticipated in approximately eight months, according to a representative of WJK Development.

The project site is located across Hi Point Street from two multifamily residential developments from Trion Properties and Ketter Construction.
