Los Angeles-based developer WCH Communities is constructing a collection of small-lot houses in North Hollywood.

The latest project, known as Blu, consists of 18 single-family residences on an approximately half-acre property at 4817-4829 N. WCH Communities is also the developer of a similar small lot development in Valley Village.
