The five-story building, now taking shape at 1532-1538 Cambria Street, will offer 57 apartments upon completion - including 56 units of permanent supportive housing and one manager's apartments.
The studio and one-bedroom apartments will be priced for households earning at or below 30 and 60 percent of the area median income, with rents ranging from $473 to $507 per month.
The contemporary low-rise structure is designed by Togawa Smith Martin.
Completion of Aria is scheduled to occur in Fall 2020.
Affirmed Housing is planning a similar supportive housing development in South Los Angeles.
