Meta Housing Corporation has announced the completion of ACE/121, a 70-unit affordable housing complex in Glendale that caters to artists and their families.

Located on a YMCA-owned site at 121 N. Kenwood Street, the project features a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom units in addition to an art gallery, music rooms, a dance studio and other amenities.

Architecture firm Studio One Eleven of Long Beach designed the five-story building, which features a podium courtyard lined with residential units featuring large patios and roll-up doors that allow for artists to work outside.  Ground-level lofts also wrap the exterior of the building.

ACE/121 is Meta Housing's fifth Arts Colony project in Los Angeles.
