Nearly two years after beginning construction in Pasadena, the wood frame of a new condominium complex is now complete at Del Mar Boulevard and Los Robles Avenue.

The project, which replaced a surface parking lot at the northwest corner of the intersection, is called The Del Mar.  The four-story structure will feature 55 for-sale residences upon completion.

Signage posted to the construction site list the project's developers as Fortune Time USA as Giantech Development.

The Del Mar is located on the same block as 388, a 1980s office building-turned-condominium complex which opened its first phase in 2019.  A second phase of the project, which will transform an adjacent parking garage into housing, is currently under construction.

Between the two properties, a third housing project is slated to replace an office building at 235 S. Los Robles Avenue.
