The project site, located near the northeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and Beach Boulevard, is approximately 3.63 acres in size. Under an approved development and disposition agreement with the City of Anaheim, Irvine-based developer Greenlaw Partner has proposed to build 64 attached single-family residences is a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts.
Woodley Architectural Group is designing the development, which would consist of three-story structures containing between four and nine residential units. Common areas would span throughout the property, including driveways, green spaces, paseos, and sidewalks.
The remainder of the project site, a former redevelopment agency asset controlled by the City of Anaheim, was previously a landfill. Los Angeles-based developer Zelman is slated to develop the site with 38,000 square feet of commercial uses.
A similar townhouse development is planned for another former redevelopment agency property roughly three miles east at Lincoln Avenue and Euclid Street.
