Two Warner Center office buildings that date to the 1960s and 1980s are poised for redevelopment.

Yesterday, an entity known as Variel Court L.P. filed plans with the City of Los Angeles to construct a mixed-use project at 6330 N. Variel Avenue.  The four-acre site would see a two-phase development, including multifamily residential units, commercial space, offices, and three levels of above- and below-grade parking.

Additional details about the proposed mixed-use project are currently unclear.

Variel Court joins a handful of other builders with multi-phase residential and office developments planned or underway in Warner Center, including two projects now rising just south on Variel Avenue.
