Construction is now underway for Manhee Manor, a new mixed-use development on the southern fringe of Koreatown.

Located at the southwest corner of Olympic Boulevard and Catalina Street, the project consists of a five-story building that will feature 70 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments above 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 115-car garage.

Renderings from Samwon Design Inc. show a contemporary low-rise building highlighted by a a corner element of spandrel glass.

Per the project's LoopNet page, developer Manhee Properties expects a full buildout to be completed by 2018.

The five-story building is located down the street from a larger residential-retail complex from Jamison Services, Inc., which is now wrapping up construction.
