Earlier this year, developers Hankey Investment Company and Jamison Services, Inc. topped out on CIRCA, a two-tower development in Downtown Los Angeles.

The project, located across the street from Staples Center and L.A. Live, consists of twin 35-story buildings that will feature 648 rental apartments, 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and parking.

Harley Ellis Devereaux is CIRCA's design architect, with interior work by Downtown-based HansonLA.

Take a look through the project as it stands today, with a photo tour from architectural photographer Hunter Kerhart.
