The five-story Otsego Apartments development is now fully framed in North Hollywood, based on pictures provided by tipster Oscar Gake.

The project, located at the intersection of Otsego Street and Vineland Place, will feature 144 rental apartments when completed in 2018.  Plans also call for open space amenities including a landscaped interior courtyard, a recreation room, and a fitness center.

Edwin Mohabir Architects is designing the wood-frame structure, which will be wrapped with exterior finishes including stucco and sheet metal.
