Construction is underway on a new multi-family residential complex in Del Rey.

The upcoming development, located at 11400 Culver Boulevard, will consist of a four-story structure featuring 21 residential units, a two-level underground parking garage and a rooftop amenity deck.  The apartments, which will consist of one- and two-bedroom units, are being built with condo-level finishes.

An architectural rendering of the finished building shows a modern low-rise building featuring balconies and exterior landscaping.

The $6.5-million project is being developed by the Schon Tepler Group, a locally-based real estate investment firm.  11400 Culver is the company's seventh multi-family development in the City of Los Angeles, and is being built using the in-house construction company Schon Tepler Construction, Inc.

Completion of 11400 Culver Boulevard is scheduled for late 2016.
