The proposed five-story building, slated for three parcels at 3608-3618 Dunn Drive, would feature 29 residential units - including three set aside for very-low-income households - and parking for up to 55 vehicles. Plans call for mostly three-bedroom units, as well as a handful of two-bedroom apartments.
Uriu & Associates, a frequent collaborator with Wiseman, designed the low-rise structure.
A timeline for the project is uncertain.
The project site is located approximately one block south of the Expo Line's Palms Station.
