The Mansfield, a mixed-use complex from the Korda Group, is gradually taking shape on the Miracle Mile.

Located on a 1.45-acre site at 5100 Wilshire Boulevard, the seven-story development will feature 138 apartments, approximately 13,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 299 vehicles.  Plans also call for communal amenities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center.

Los Angeles-based Plus Architects is designing the podium-type building, which was inspired the numerous Art Deco structures that span across the Miracle Mile.

Completion was previously anticipated during 2017.

The project is located two blocks from the future Wilshire/La Brea Station, which Metro is constructed as part of the Purple Line extension.
