Construction is scheduled to begin soon for a mixed-use condominium complex in Beverly Hills.

SHVO, Bilgili Group, and Deutsche Finance have secured a $190-million construction loan for 9200 Wilshire Boulevard, a long-proposed seven-story building which will feature 54 residences, 6,650 square feet of ground-floor retail, and amenities.  The loan was provided by ACORE Capital and arranged by Lotus Capital Partners.

The mid-rise building, designed by MVE + Partners, will replace a surface parking lot with a modern glass-clad buildings.  Plans call for amenities such as a rooftop pool, and a large central courtyard fronting Wilshire Boulevard.

SHVO and its partners have previously announced that 9200 Wilshire is expected to open in the third quarter of 2021.

The development team acquired the property in May 2019 for $130 million.  The project site was entitled in 2017 by New Pacific Realty.

The project site is located a few blocks west of Gardenhouse, an 18-unit condo development designed by Ma Yansong.
