California Landmark Group and Cayton Capital have announced the completion of R3, a $30-million loft-style development in the Marina del Rey Arts District.

Located at 4091 Redwood Avenue, the five-story building feature 67 apartments and more than 5,000 square feet of office space.  Approximately 35% of its units are now leased, with the remainder expected to be rented out by Summer 2017.

The R3 lofts include a mixture of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging between 685 square feet and 1,655 square feet in size.  The interiors feature high ceilings, exposed ductwork, stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.  All residents will have access to amenities including a rooftop poool, a fitness center and a yoga garden.

PK Architecture designed the podium-type building.

California Landmark Group has recently broke ground on a similar development on Del Rey Avenue, and is planning another mixed-use building one block away.
