UDR, Inc. is nearing the finish line on Wilshire Boulevard.

For the past two-and-a-half years, the Colorado-based developer has been hard at work on an 18-story mixed-use apartment tower at the northeast corner of Wilshire and Crescent Heights Boulevards.  The approximately 243-foot-tall building will feature 158 residential units, 7,000 square feet of retail space and podium parking for 423 vehicles.

Steinberg Hart designed the tower, which will include a fitness center, a swimming pool, a rooftop garden, and a new pocket park located along Crescent Heights.  The real-life product adheres closely to architectural renderings.

The project is the second Wilshire Boulevard tower from Steinberg Hart and UDR, following a similar 18-story development in Koreatown.
