Los Angeles-based Canfield Development is nearing the finish line at its new multifamily residential building in Koreatown

Located at the northwest corner of 5th Street and Kenmore Avenue, the seven-story structure will offer 64 rental units.  Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as amenities such as a jacuzzi, a barbeque area, and a two-level above-grade parking structure.

Nadel Architects designed the podium-type building, which will be clad with a mix of stucco and wood panels.

Completion of the project, which is known as the Kenmore, is set to occur later this year.

Canfield's other Los Angeles developments include The Seven apartments, which opened in 2017 near Downtown Los Angeles, and a proposed 78-unit building near USC.
