RSE Capital Partners has announced another development of small lot homes in East Hollywood.

Square One Homes, the developer of the 10,000-square-foot site at 5000 W. Maplewood Avenue, intends to construct eight single-family residences on the corner lot.  The project would require the demolition of three existing buildings which were built between 1913 and 1917.

Renderings portray a series of contemporary three-story buildings, situated around a common driveway.

RSE Capital Partners provided a $1.75-million loan for the project at a 75 percent loan to cost ratio.
