A single-family home and a duplex in the Del Rey neighborhood have fenced off for demolition, with a new development of small lot homes set to rise in their place.

The project site, located at 4910-4918 Centinela Avenue, calls for the construction of eight four-story townhomes, each featuring three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.

Payson Denny Architects designed the project, which would be arranged with two rows of homes flanking a common driveway.  Susan E. McEowen is listed as the landscape architect for the development.

City records list the project applicant as Cy Kirshner through the entity Anchor Point Ventures, LLC.
