Two blocks southwest of Metro's Expo/Sepulveda Station, construction is now underway for a small lot subdivision.

The project, located at 2499 S. Corinth Avenue, replaces one single-family dwelling with eight townhomes.  Each of the buildings stands four stories in height.

City records list the project's applicant as Sam Gezalyan through an entity called Creative Live Work, LLC.

A short distance north, construction is now wrapping up for the 595-unit LINEA development adjacent to Expo/Sepulveda Station.

Just west on Pico Boulevard, a Hawaiian restaurant turned strip club is slated to be replaced by a low-rise apartment complex.
