At the corner of Campus Drive and Nash Street in El Segundo, construction has topped out at the new North American headquarters of one of Taiwan's largest airlines.

EVA Air Corp. broke ground last year on its campus, which stands just north of the Green Line's Mariposa Station.  The project consists of two five-story buildings, offering a cumulative 150,000 square feet of space, wrapping around a five-level parking garage.  EVA's main office will occupy approximately one third of the office space - double the size of its current headquarters - with the rest to be used as office condominiums for third parties.

Designed by KMD Architects, the EVA Air campus will include many features common to modern office campuses, including landscaped internal paseos, and skydbridges connecting directly to elevated parking levels.

Completion of construction is anticipated later this year.

The project sits just south of a 180-room AC Hotel by Marriott, which is also on pace to makes its debut in 2019.
