Jefferson Boulevard, consists of approximately consists of three buildings totaling approximately 76,000 square feet of office space.  At the time of the sale, the property was 93 percent leased, with a roster of tenants that includes Zynga, XTEN Architecture, and Hello Design.

Redcar Properties intends to expand the amount of leasable space at the campus through incremental redevelopment over time.

NantWorks, the parent company of the various bioscience firms helmed by Los Angeles Times owner Patrick Soon-Schion, is also expanding its own campus at 9919 Jefferson Boulevard.

Elsewhere in Culver City, Redcar Properties is planning an approximately 17,000-square-foot office building in the Hayden Tract - one of numerous projects the company has planned throughout the Los Angeles area.
