The roughly $30-million project, called the Residences on Main, is located at the southwest corner of 69th and Main Streets.  The four-story edifice will offer 50 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, reserved for chronically homeless Angelenos, transition-aged youth, and families.

The apartments will be made available to households earning between 35 and 50 percent of the area median income, according to a 2018 staff report to the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.  The report states that rents will range from $509 to $1,260 per month.

Y&M Architects is designing the Residences, which consists of three floors of wood-frame construction above a single-story concrete base.  In addition to housing, the project includes community rooms, a courtyard, a garden, and a 25-car garage.

Completion is on pace to occur in 2021.

L.A. Family Housing's other ongoing projects include supportive housing developments in North Hills and Lake View Terrace.

The Coalition's other projects include two supportive housing developments planned one block north at 68th and Main Streets.
