The website of Irvine-based architecture firm nKlosures has revealed renderings for a new boutique hotel now under construction in North Hollywood.

The project, located at 11145 Burbank Boulevard, consists of a four-story building that will feature 70 guest rooms with meeting rooms, a business center, a fitness room and a rooftop pool terrace.

Renderings portray a contemporary design, featuring a color palete of red and white.

A similar boutique hotel, also designed by nKlosures, is now finishing construction on Weddington Street.
