FMB Development has started construction on a new set of small lot houses near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and La Brea Avenue in Hollywood.

The project, located at 1408 N. Poinsettia Place, will feature five attached houses, each featuring private rooftop decks.

The development site was previously improved with one single-family residence.

FMB's portfolio also includes a seven-story apartment building that is now under construction in Downtown Los Angeles.

LINC Housing has completed construction of Mosaic Gardens at Westlake, a new affordable housing community located just west of Downtown Los Angeles.
