A 1940s fourplex in Mid-City has made way for a new small lot subdivision.
The project, now under construction near the intersection of Olin Street and Venice Boulevard, consists of five single-family dwellings, each of which will feature three bedrooms and a two-car garage.
Aaron Brumer & Associates is designing the houses, which will stand four stories in height. Renderings show contemporary low-rise buildings capped by rooftop decks.
The project site was entitled in 2018 by the entity Chen & Company, LLC.
Los Angeles County Assessor Records indicate that the property sold in 2019 for $2.1 million.
