Local developer Etco Homes is planning another multifamily residential complex in Beverly Hills.

The project, which went before the Beverly Hills Architectural Commission on July 17, would rise at 425-429 North Palm Drive.  Plans call for the construction of a five-story building featuring 20 condominiums – on one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans-  atop a two-level, 62-car basement parking garage.

The contemporary low-rise structure, designed by Kevin Tsai Architecture, would feature an exterior of cement plaster and aluminum.  Plans also call for amenities such as a roof deck and a swimming pool.

A timeline for the project has not been announced.

Etco is also developing a four-story, 37-unit multifamily development in the nearby Beverly Grove neighborhood.
