In Palms, construction is now wrapping up for a five-story mixed-use development at 10300 W. Venice Boulevard.
The project's applicant, listed as Jeff Gray, will feature 34 residential units, 2,000 square feet of street-level retail space and a basement parking garage. Plans call for three units of very low-income housing in exchange for density bonus incentives.
West Pacifica Design served as the project's architect.
The development site is located just a few blocks west of two similar developments on Dunn Drive.
