In Glendale, construction is underway for a mixed-use development near the intersection of Colorado Street and Pacific Avenue.
The five-story building, now taking shape at 525 Colorado Street, will feature 90 one- and two-bedroom apartments atop approximately 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 1,000 square feet of restaurant space.
A rendering of the completed development, which is being designed by Egan Simon Architecture, will feature an interior courtyard, a rooftop deck, and a street-fronting plaza.
Approvals obtained by developer CMGT Construction in 2014 also call for 246 parking stalls in a subterranean garage.
A leasing page on the website LoopNet calls the project "CCTAN Center."
The project site is located a block north of a $59-million senior care center that recently broke ground.
